
Sometimes you don’t even want to eat hot food, much less cook it
Ingredients
- All ingredients should be read as “ish” except the banana and protein:
- 3-4 ice cubes
- 3/4 c juice
- 1 scoop whey protein powder
- 8 oz Greek yogurt
- 1/2 banana
- 3/4 c frozen fruit
Directions
Blend in a really sturdy blender and serve in a rather big glass. Serve with room temperature rolls.
