“It’s Too Hot Out to Eat” Smoothie


Sometimes you don’t even want to eat hot food, much less cook it

Ingredients

    All ingredients should be read as “ish” except the banana and protein:
  • 3-4 ice cubes
  • 3/4 c juice
  • 1 scoop whey protein powder
  • 8 oz Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 banana
  • 3/4 c frozen fruit

Directions


Blend in a really sturdy blender and serve in a rather big glass. Serve with room temperature rolls.
